Once in a while surfing the web, you can find resources that will make you feel WOW – and that how it felt seeing pages from ‘World of Logotypes’ book for the first time. If you like typography and retro style, surely you will appreciate the scans from the book on Eric Carl flickr stream. The scans are from a mid-70’s edition of the book ‘World of Logotypes’, which is out of print.

Recently I found this wonderful site coverbrowser and it feels like finding a treasure. So much retro and vintage inspiration can be found browsing in those old magazines and book covers. At the moment, the collection contains 217,895 covers from 2,358 different series.

I Have randomly chosen few of the nice covers , but there are tones of them on the site. Beware, you may find yourself browsing for hours! I know, it happened to me… But surly you will find many gems.

The Young Gallery exhibits interesting collection of photographers work. One of the photographers Nick Brandt has outstanding portfolio of wild animals from Africa. The pictures are special and capture dramatic scenes. I especially like the animal families portraits and the grungy frame on some of the pictures.
